Upgrading your tank The first upgrades should always be Parts, then something you choose Tracks, Turret Drive, or Ammo , and then FPE “Fire Extinguishers” , since without these you will be destroyed or rendered useless much faster. Once you research the “Parts” on any ground vehicle, you gain the ability to Repair most of your damaged modules like engine, or stuck turret, Without the Parts upgrade, you can only repair your broken tracks in the field, the other modules requiring you to stand inside a captured points in Arcade Battle. During this process, you can’t move your tank, but you can still turn your turret and shoot. Once the repairs are completed, you are free to go. You can repair your tank as many times as you want during the battle, but you cannot heal or replace your dead crew members, unless you researched the Crew Replenishment upgrade that replaces 1 crew member once. You can drastically speed up the repair process by having a member of your Squad stand near your tank and join the repair process. Scouting tanks also gained this ability for their entire team in a recent update, allowing them to speed up the repairs of their teammates when nearby. Fire Extinguishers work the same way – they give you the ability to activate them to extinguish fire, two times before running out.

Jul 08, · Preferential Matchmaking Chart for Premium Vehicles – posted in Current Archive: Lately, Ive noticed a couple of questions regarding matchmaking. In response to these threads/PMs, I took the time to request a preferential match making chart from our dev team, and heres what they provided for the community: Please note that there are some words in Russian.
I discuss the importance of flexing to prevent a flank from collapsing and the arguments against capping too early instead of pressing an advantage. Holding the high ground provides the following benefits: T Review, Contributing as Bottom Tier I discuss how to meaningfully contribute as a bottom-tier medium tank, with footage from a tier 10 Serene Coast battle in my T That said, even with a low penetration gun, by carefully watching the minimap and being opportunistic, I was able to make a solid contribution.
Additional Comments props to the STB-1 driver ahmechanic2 who played very well throughout the battle at 4: I have a tendency to be chatty during matches, and sometimes it screws me up. The mistake is that when I started pulling back, I stayed too close to the rocks on my left — as a result I a created a bigger gun depression challenge in terms of getting my gun down on the target. You can see that I start wiggling just to the right of the rock a bit, but realized I was taking too much time and lost the opportunity.
I discuss and make two common mistakes: I also demonstrate how to leverage the terrain on hill to safely fire on target s while minimizing exposure to snipers in their base. The T thrives in flatland and does better aiming up at targets.

Foliage Quality Flora Density The above-mentioned aspects should be turned off or set to the lowest settings as they can greatly drop your frame rate in the game and lead to WoT lag. Advanced Post Processing The Advanced Post processing option should be turned off as it blurs various objects in the game. The process tends to combine rendered objects in efforts to provide a more natural appearance.
Revamping World of Tanks Current Balance & Matchmaking System Posted By: WoT Guru May 7, This post isn’t about any changes to the way tanks are weighted, matchmaking system, and the way tanks are balanced being officially done by Wargaming.
Friday, May 24, World of Tanks cheat: Every cheat is an inbalance in the game. Every inbalance can be exploited. The exploit is the ultimate proof, everything else can be disproved. I can write essays about a hidden door in the wall, I can use lot of evidence, I can be as careful as I am and I can still be wrong. There is one unquestionable way to prove the existence of the door: I did walk trough the back-door built into World of Tanks and after reading this, you can too.
People who abandon the game over being cheated can be replaced by new victims. But those who walk the back door cannot be ignored as they ruin the game for others. What does the cheat want? To equalize the income people earn in a battle. It doesn’t matter how good or bad you are, you gain generally the same amount of credits over hundreds of battles.
First daily victory with the vehicle Coefficient of 2 No Exiting battle during loading screen or countdown No “Joining a battle” bonus. Since your tank is actually present in the battle until it gets destroyed, it can passively earn XP e. No “Joining a battle” bonus. Since your tank is actually present in the battle until it gets destroyed, it can passively earn credits e. Exiting battle after countdown There is a penalty for XP earning, but only if the tank has not yet been destroyed.
Matchmaking. The composition of tanks in each team is a task of matchmaker. It works in following manner. It takes one tank from the queue and looks at his tier.
These values are found on the World of Tanks wiki and hopefully they are up to date…but its not that important to base my view on. Under my proposal the matchmaking weight values would be changed along with the method of assigning specific tanks their values. Each tier would have a range at where the matchmaking weight values will be at and instead of tanks being weighted based on their class they would be weighted based on how well they are balanced against their peers.
Like the old system the higher the tier you go the greater the matchmaking weight becomes as well as the larger the range for each tier to allow further balancing. However, under this system each tank would have an individual valued assigned to it instead of having a class modifier. While the old system might have worked when there were very clear class roles and fewer tanks it clearly does not work anymore as evident by the endless re-balancing that is occurring.
Every new addition to World of Tanks further strains the old matchmaking system that has served its purpose but now needs to be revamped. At tier 10 you have a few tanks that are well known for being outclassed by their peers. Under the old system their matchmaking weight is primarily tied to them being tier 10 and their class.
Tekken 7 is a brutal but brilliant intro to fighting games
So i’ve been playing this game for a long time now. If you use the XVM mod, which i’m sure a ton of people do, you will notice that the WN8 pretty much represents how well they will play in the round fluctuates to all different sorts of values. Currently the MM picks random people that have a certain tank type and tank value that “balance” the playing field out, this doesn’t necessarily mean that the match is balanced, hell no far from it, it just means that there is a pretty equal amount of tanks of each class that, if played well, can keep the battle going for a good amount of time.
Most of the time this isn’t the case, but it happens way too often not to notice, and sure this is fine and dandy for a quick Matchmaking system, but its been a couple years now, and i think its time for a bit of fine tuning. This allows you to actually learn from the battle, instead of being instantly killed, or survive through the minute long battle earning hardly any experience and credits. Not only will this improve match turnouts, but it might be able to break some old habits that i see people doing in the game.
It’s got more armor, better cannon and better terrain resistence than A The illusion that the T is now “worse than the A″ came from the fact that the A was once in a .
A video game such as a vehicle-based combat game may include multiple types of vehicles, where each type of vehicle may progress through increasing tier levels. Different types of vehicles within the same tier may have different capabilities, strengths, and weaknesses. When performing matchmaking for a game session, a matchmaking server may use a battle level table defining permissible tiers of each type of vehicle allowed within a particular battle level, and may also limit the number of a specific type of vehicle allowed in any one game session.
The battle table may provide an advantage to premium vehicles by limiting the tiers of other vehicles against which a similarly tiered premium vehicle may compete. Battle level difficulty may be adjusted by adjusting the ranges of permissible vehicles in each battle level. Online multiplayer video games have become particularly popular due, at least in part, to the ability of players to compete with multiple other human players.
Popular genres of multiplayer games include the first-person-shooter FPS and the third-person shooter genres. In FPS games, the player’s on-screen view simulates the view of the character or vehicle controlled by the player; that is, the first-person view. The object of many FPS games is to accomplish a goal within a game. Common goals include killing other game characters that represent other players, capturing flags that represent opponents’ territory, assaulting another team’s base, and the like.
Third person shooter games often have similar goals but differ in the perspective of the player. In third person shooters, the player views the game world from above or behind the character or vehicle controlled by the player. Because online multiplayer games have become increasingly common, there is substantial competition between the offered games regarding obtaining and retaining consumers. Repetitive play can often lead to players becoming bored with a particular game.
In World of Tanks, platoons allow players to team up and enter battles together in small groups of two or three. We’ll explain how the new matchmaking system works for those who are new to these recent changes. How Matchmaking Works World of Tanks matchmaking now follows a template-based algorithm. Ideally, the matchmaking system will create teams with only three tanks at top tier, five at mid-tier, and seven at the bottom. This system also tries to take into account the speed of matchmaking to avoid long wait times.
Update brought many changes to the way platoons and matchmaking works in World of Tanks, and most of these changes are for the better. “Fail platoons” are almost non-esistant now, and matchmaking battle tiers work a bit differently.
Comment below rating threshold, click here to show it. Dreamerific Recruiter I’ve really sick and tired of the match-making system matching me with a full team full of feeders while the opponent team is full of experienced pros. I wouldn’t have bothered to make a post and whine about it but it keeps happening to me for over 10 times in a row today and I’m not even exaggerating.
I know its not about the score but I am a darn good team player. I am the kind of player that changes the game, that can own ppl alone but with these constant stream of super feeders in my team I am just really exhausted. I just cannot be matched with decent players anymore no matter how many times I try and I’m just sick and exhausted. It is not the first time I am having this losing streak. Once you lose, the match making system will constantly match you with other players who lose as well.

Myth 5 Our scouts are noobs. Everybody blames the scout because they die first, but that’s a fact for scouts with thin armor, and yet are expected to be in the front lines. Playing as the scout among heavies is the hardest role to play.

With potential clip damage and only 11 seconds required to unload it, pairing the sufficient penetration of , the tank could simply decimate any tier 7 or 8 tank, and shave off over half the health of tier 9 and some tier 10 tanks. This tank was pushed back to tier 8 with the patch 7. The autoloading 76 mm T91E5 gun it used to have? With 10 rounds, potential damage and 18 seconds to unload? The most common strategy with the autoloader was to simply wait for flanking opportunities, engaging sole tanks or tanks you know you could defeat without taking much damage.
The speed of the M41 allowed the tank to zoom around tanks while unloading the massive clip, and that was the most common playstyle players used. The gun, being single-shot, had better gun handling characteristics, but the ability to clip tier 7 and 8 tanks with the autoloader made the autoloader simply a better choice for the tank. Unfortunately, after the 9. While the tank statistics and mobility were sort of buffed, the autoloader was significantly nerfed.
As the tank got uptiered, it gained more HP, a huge mobility increase traverse and massive specific power increase at the cost of 4. The autoloader lost 4 of its shells. That might not seem like a big loss, but that was loss of potential damage! The single-shot gun was also sort of nerfed: WG gave the gun a bit better dispersion stats and alpha damage increase of 20, but at the cost of nearly 2 RpM loss… The change resulted in a DPM loss.

Reply on December 14, Cheats players and constant Hacks plus Fake names are everywhere making your team worthless due to the amount of fake names Cheaters that abound this game. Please tell me how the game is before I play it. Nothing against those Russians, but in this game they have a ridiculously unfair advantage of being able to buy equipments for half the price that Europeans or Americans have to pay. This is probably to push non-Russians into buying more and more using the currency of their country which is more valuable to Tanki than RussianRoubles to catch-up with the Russian majority.
Again, as mentioned by loads of others, nothing against those Russians, but they sure love cheating.

Battle Rating BR is used to balance out planes based on how well they fight, or how dangerous they are. In realistic battles, you have only one plane and it’s BR is used to match you with approximately equal enemies. Usually you should not be put up against planes that are more than 1BR higher or lower than you. In arcade mode it’s a bit more complex. Matchmaking works by using the BR of your top 3 planes in the line-up preset you are using, to calculate a value.
This is so planes which are statistically too different cannot be together, as some planes are in the same rank but have better armament, and hence a higher BR. According to this value, you should not be allowed to play in the same battle against players with their top three planes ranked either 2 rank levels higher OR 2 rank levels lower than your rank. So for example jets fighting early war fighters should not occur.
The formula is given below. Having said that, there are times when the matchmaker cannot find enough players within those limits in the time allowed. Maybe there are not enough players of that ranking logged in, say.

At work in a deep wet hole, he had recklessly omitted to slab the walls of a drive; uprights and tailors yielded under the lateral pressure, and the rotten earth collapsed, bringing down the roof in its train. The digger fell forward on his face, his ribs jammed across his pick, his arms pinned to his sides, nose and mouth pressed into the sticky mud as into a mask; and over his defenceless body, with a roar that burst his ear-drums, broke stupendous masses of earth. His mates at the windlass went staggering back from the belch of violently discharged air: Their shouts drawing no response, the younger and nimbler of the two—he was a mere boy, for all his amazing growth of beard—put his foot in the bucket and went down on the rope, kicking off the sides of the shaft with his free foot.
A group of diggers, gathering round the pit-head, waited for the tug at the rope. It was quick in coming; and the lad was hauled to the surface. The crowd melted with a “Poor Bill—God rest his soul! Such accidents were not infrequent; each man might thank his stars it was not he who lay cooling down below. And so, since no more washdirt would be raised from this hole, the party that worked it made off for the nearest grog-shop, to wet their throats to the memory of the dead, and to discuss future plans.
